Spacious rooms. Nice Kitchen and Bathrooms. Excellent views from the room. We really love the stay. Staff are very nice and helpful.

Mattresses are not very comfortable. Kitchen could have more utilities for cooking/cleaning. Better shampoo/lotion

Non-smoking needs to be strictly enforced. Guests were smoking in their room across from my room. Guests smoking in elevators. Rooms and hallways are too dark. Overall, disappointed with my stay.

There are no Sneeze-Guards in the buffet area. Guests were coughing into the air around the breakfast buffets food serving area just a few 2 meters of uncovered food. This is Unsanitary and may cause the spread of bacteria or virus.

The breakfast was excellent, the room size was good and bed comfortable. Staff very polite,, location was good

Rooms were wonderful, I loved the slippers and robe provided.

It was far from the activities we went to. I would pick the same hotel chain but find one closer in to the main attractions of Bangkok and closer to the “monorail” (I know that is not what it is called but it gives you the idea).

Staff is good and the 24 hour mart was convenient

We enjoyed the super friendly staff and the massive space in our apartment on the 35th floor. The neighborhood is a typical Bangkok neighborhood we mainly used grab for transportation, but also walked to the nearest train station, which gave us a good insight into that neighborhood.

The food we ordered from the in-house kitchen was below average so we mainly made use of food delivery.

The hotel was beautiful and clean. The staff was super nice.

The rooms are really nice, furnature, bath are new, rooms are big.

The breakfast has really small variaty and the restaurant is very very small for such huge building. The pool area the same is too small. Is a bit far from main visiting spots. The balcony door is locked.

I liked how peaceful and quiet the room was. It was also very clean. Housekeeping was regularly available if needed. Staff were very friendly and professional. I walked to busier area (about 15 min) although the hotel offered a Tuk tuk. I had a good relaxing stay.

No streaming options. TV was not smart which is important for tourists. Jacuzzi jets were not working or perhaps not strong. I did clarify whether they were on and staff said yes. Oh well. That would have been a good experience.

Breakfast was super tasty and the timings were good since we woke up early often, 6-10 am is really nice. Location was very close to Kluay Nam Thai bus stop, helped us to navigate Bangkok, room was super spacious with fridge, oven and washing machine like a typical apartment, gorgeous city view, staff were friendly and helpful. There is a mini mart next to the residence helped us to get meals, drinks and binge shopping whenever we wanted.

The Sauna was inside the toilet which was funny and it's only for one person at a time, the steam room too was similar to this, the Jacuzzi in the swimming pool wasn't fixed since April, the property could use some refurbishments. No balcony for us even though I saw rooms where balconies were open.

Breakfast was excellent and the rooms were very clean and spacious.

I like everything only as a suggestion. Put in the bathroom a place or where to hang the towels and a rack or clothesline to hang the washed clothes.

Good stay, but beware of the laundry serviceThe breakfast buffet was really good and delicious. The rooms were quite clean, the pool was nice, and the staff were kind.

However, one thing that really bothered us was the laundry service. The machines were very old and clearly out of order, yet they still charged us for using them. In the end, our clothes were completely ruined. Avoid using their laundry service!

We had almost one whole wing to ourselves, breakfast was great and location excellent.

Rooms are old. Shower is inside the bathtub with no shower curtain and proper drainage rssulting to waterSpills all over the bathroom floor.

- poor room sound isolation - no free adaptors - no laundry or ironing service (only self paid service is provided)- very hot and humid corridors rooms are good though.
